On January 28, 2005 the National Honor Society at Nekoosa High School, sponsored their annual "Chili for Charity" fundraiser. This year the lucky recipient of the proceeds was The Neighborhood Table. 

This year the group raised $718.00, that they presented to Ginny Steen and Cindy Goldenstern on March 1, 2005.

We are very grateful for the efforts of the National Honor Society. This is the largest amount they have ever raised. The event itself was a lot of fun. The chili was good. There were great prizes for BINGO.

These teenagers did a lot of good work preparing for this event. Their efforts paid off. A big Thank You to The National Honor Society and their advisor Ms. Heather Currier.
